Popup Search for Browsing History
Popup Search for Browsing History is a free Chrome add-on developed by clover. It allows users to search and display their browsing history in a convenient pop-up window. With this add-on, users can easily filter their history by keywords or specific time periods.
The add-on displays up to 1000 of the most recent browsing history entries, sorted from newest to oldest. By default, it shows the browsing history for the current day up to the past 3 days. Users can enter keywords in the search box to filter the displayed history. If they want to change the time period, they can input a specific date in the designated box and click the "Search" button.
It's worth noting that the dates displayed on the left side of the history entries represent the "last accessed date and time". For example, if a webpage was accessed on September 1st and then accessed again on September 3rd, the history entry for September 1st will still show the latest access time of September 3rd. While this may cause some confusion when filtering history entries by date, it's a limitation of the Chrome history API.
